What is your return policy?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Digital orders may be returned if our system indicates that the files have not been downloaded by the customer. The "return" is completed when our Customer Service team inactivates the download link for your order.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Physical products may be returned if shipped or postmarked within 30 calendar days of customer taking delivery (to be verified through shipping tracking). Returns will be processed within 2 weeks from the time your order is shipped back to us.

  • Wearable Items. Wearable product(s) must be returned in their original condition. Returned items must be free of odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
  • Music & DVDs. CDs and DVDs are eligible for return if the original packaging is unopened, undamaged, and shows no signs of tampering.
  • Autographed & Personalized. All sales are final for autographed and personalized products. These items are not eligible for return.

DOMESTIC RETURNS (UNITED STATES): If you are a customer from the United States and your order is eligible for return, please contact Customer Service to request a prepaid shipping label.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Qualifying international orders may be returned at the customer's expense, using the shipping method of their choice.

When your order has been returned to us, we will issue a full refund less the cost of return shipping charges. You will be notified of the complete return transaction and refund via email.
