What is your exchange policy?

Products eligible for exchange must meet the following criteria. You may also contact Customer Service to determine your exchange eligibility.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Digital orders may be exchanged if our system indicates that the files have not been downloaded by the customer. The "exchange" is completed when our Customer Service team inactivates the download link for your original order and issues a new download link for your new item.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Physical products may be exchanged if shipped or postmarked within 30 calendar days of customer taking delivery (to be verified through shipping tracking). Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks from the time your order is shipped back to us.

  • Wearable Items. Wearable product(s) must be returned in their original condition. Items being returned for exchange must be free of odors (e.g. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
  • Music & DVDs. CDs and DVDs are eligible for exchange if the original packaging is unopened, undamaged, and shows no signs of tampering.
  • Autographed & Personalized. All sales are final for autographed and personalized products. These items are not eligible for exchange.

If you are a customer from the United States and your order is eligible for exchange, please contact Customer Service to request a prepaid shipping label.
When your order has been returned to us, we will process the exchange and ship out your new item at no additional shipping cost. You will be notified of the completed exchange transaction via email.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Qualifying international orders may be exchanged at the customer's expense, using the shipping method of their choice.
