Why does it say "Link Expired" when I try to download my order?

When trying to download your order, you see this message:

Link Expired

IMPORTANT: PLEASE OPEN THE DOWNLOAD EMAIL FROM YOUR COMPUTER. While you may be able to open your digital file(s) on a smartphone, you may not have the ability to save the file(s).
If you already tried from your computer, it's possible your digital order successfully downloaded. Please check your web browser's default download folder for your file(s). You may also try searching your computer. Try searching for the product name or file name on the following computer types:

If there's no trace of the file(s) on your computer, please contact Customer Service.
